The successful applicant will embody a strong ethos, delivering high standards of pastoral care to foster respect and motivate students toward university, apprenticeships, or employment. The role includes managing interventions for student issues and collaborating with faculty leaders to ensure academic success.
This is a permanent position requiring 37 hours of work per week during term time, plus training days.
