What We Offer
Salary: £25,304 rising to £25,835 per year
Contract Type: Fixed-term maternity cover (12 months), with the potential for extension or further opportunities within the organisation.
Full Time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What Youll Do
Support the accuracy, maintenance, and development of Management Information Systems (MIS) across the College
Input, check, and validate data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and funding requirements are met
Produce reports, dashboards, and statistical returns for internal and external stakeholders
Support enrolment, funding, and audit processes through high-quality data management
Liaise with curriculum and support teams to ensure timely and accurate data capture
Assist in maintaining system integrity and improving administrative processes
Support the use of digital systems including MIS platforms, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
What Youll Bring
A Level 3 qualification or above in Business Administration, IT, Data, or a related discipline
Experience working in an administrative, data, or systems-focused role
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data handling
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and database systems
A logical, organised approach with the ability to meet deadlines
