We are seeking
Dowds are seeking an L&D Business Partner to join the wider People and Culture Team supporting the development of individuals both personally and professionally with a focus on increasing the leadership and management capability at Dowds.
The L&D Business Partner will work with leaders to assess team needs, recommend learning solutions, and promote a high-performance, people-focused culture.
What you’ll be responsible for
Leads on the individual and collective development of the Emerging talent and Internal development programmes, ensuring that key learning milestones are achieved.Offers advice and support on apprenticeships for business areas to ensure that apprenticeship levy utilisation is optimised alongside meeting business needs through high quality learning provisionProvide Coaching and support for those on DOWD’s talent programmes.To deliver face-to-face training/ online learning as required.Plans a yearly learning curriculum based on the needs of the business and employees.Proactively manages relationships with external suppliers to optimise performance and ensure best value.
What we are looking for
Essential
Experience within L&D and exposure with the above list of responsibilitiesExcellent communicator and facilitatorCIPD QualifiedImplemented and delivered training programmesExperience working across different departments on collective and individual projects
Desirable
