Role Overview
This is an exciting early-career opportunity within the commercial team, offering hands-on experience across sales, partnerships, and business development.
You will help drive commercial activity, support pipeline growth, and ensure smooth coordination across multiple workstreams. A significant portion of the role will focus on logistics and operations, making it ideal for someone who is both commercially minded and highly organised.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development Support
Support execution of sales strategies across retail, rental, and direct channelsManage inbound enquiries and maintain a strong pipelineIdentify and research new business opportunities and partnershipsAssist with outreach and early-stage deal developmentCustomer & CRM
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate data and trackingSupport relationship management with customers and partnersCoordinate follow-ups and ongoing communicationsOperations & Logistics (Core Focus)
Coordinate vehicle logistics and international shipmentsSupport movement of vehicles and containers globallyWork closely with internal and external partners on delivery timelinesIdentify opportunities to improve and automate logistics processesAnalysis & Reporting
Analyse sales performance and market dataSupport reporting, forecasting, and pipeline trackingAssist in preparing presentations, proposals, and commercial materialsBrand & Representation
Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and networking opportunitiesSupport lead generation and brand awareness initiatives
Qualifications
Degree or degree apprenticeship in Business, Marketing, Economics, or similar1–3 years’ experience in sales, business development, marketing, or internshipsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailCommercial mindset with a proactive approachAnalytical skills with ability to interpret data and trendsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitySelf-motivated, curious, and eager to learnComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentInterest in sustainability or electric vehicles is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian) are advantageous
