The role
As a Level 3 Early Years Apprentice, you will:
Learn to deliver exceptional early years practiceSupport and gradually lead high-quality learning experiencesDevelop strong behavioural and developmental understandingBuild professional relationships with parents and colleaguesEmbed safeguarding and best practice as second natureContribute to a culture of excellence and accountabilityThis role is designed to build capability quickly.

Requirements
Commitment to completing a Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship (18 months)GCSE Grade C / 4 (or equivalent) OR Functional Skills Level 2 in English & Maths (preferred)Some experience working with children (e.g. nursery, school, childminding, babysitting)Strong communication skills and professional attitudeUnderstanding of safeguarding (or readiness to adopt it quickly and seriously)
Working pattern
7.5 hour shifts:7:30am–3:30pm OR 9:00am–5:00pm (including 30-minute unpaid break)2 weeks’ notice provided for any shift changesOptions for term-time only or all-year-round contracts
