MIM® Associate Trainer — Leadership Under Pressure (Elite Facilitators Only)
Most leadership training is predictable.
Slides. Theory. Safe conversations.
That’s not what we do.
At MIM®, we train leaders to perform when the pressure is real— when systems are down, stakeholders are escalating, and decisions matter.
We’re building a small group of exceptional facilitators who can deliver that experience at the highest level.
We are looking for x3 additional MIM® Associate Trainers to deliver our globally recognised Major Incident Management programmes.
You will not be expected to teach technical content.
We will train you in the MIM® methodology.
Your role is to bring it to life through:

This is not traditional training delivery.
This is leading rooms of professionals through high-pressure scenarios and helping them think, communicate, and perform at a higher level.

We are looking for people who can:
Command a room (virtually and in-person)Engage senior stakeholders and executivesDeliver with clarity, confidence, and energyFacilitate discussion—not just present slidesRead a room and adapt in real timeTell stories and bring concepts to life
