Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

Understanding how Guy Carpenter meets client needs and the principles of risk, insurance, and reinsurance.
Gaining practical experience to handle various business situations effectively.
Building a network with trainees, alumni, and stakeholders across the business.
Contributing to departmental targets and key performance indicators while managing workload.
Researching solutions to issues to ensure the best outcomes for Guy Carpenter and its clients.
Maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and clients, supporting internal and external meetings and projects.
Working within Client Support Services teams focusing on technical reinsurance claims and premium processing.

About You

The company is looking for:

96 UCAS points at A-Level or equivalent (BTEC, T-LEVEL etc). Applicants at A-Level should enter n/a in the degree field.
5 GCSEs at Grades 9 – 4, including English and Maths.
Right to work in the UK.
Strong desire to succeed through relationship building and effective communication.
Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills with strong analytical abilities.
Proficiency in IT, including advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
