Job Overview
We are looking for an inspiring and strategic Curriculum Leader for Design & Technology to provide clear vision and direction for the subject areas and ensure high‑quality teaching across Key Stages 3-5. As a successful candidate, you will lead curriculum planning, drive improvements through effective use of data, and model excellent pedagogy within the department. Additionally, you will oversee curriculum and qualification development, ensure strong assessment practices, and secure excellent outcomes for all learners.
We are seeking a collaborative leader who can develop staff, manage performance, and foster a high‑performing team. If you are an experienced teacher with a strong track record, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to inspire and challenge others, we would love to hear from you!
