We are pleased to invite applications for the role of Learner Journey Officer within our Professional Services team, supporting the delivery of CIPD Apprenticeships.

About the Role:
You will work closely with tutors, learners and employers to ensure apprentices are fully supported throughout their programme, achieve all required outcomes, and complete within agreed timescales.
The role focuses on:
- Monitoring learner progress and supporting achievement of IALP outcomes
- Maintaining accurate and compliant documentation using OneFile, Vision and internal systems
- Ensuring all activity meets Welsh Government, awarding organisation and ALS quality requirements
- Building professional relationships with employers to maintain engagement and progression opportunities
- Supporting recruitment and new starts where required
