LV Community - Complex Needs, are looking for a Support Worker to join the team and be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
• To work as part of a care team to provide high quality care to Service Users, developing an effective means of communication between members of your team and colleagues
• Provide support to Service Users, ensuring that they are able to budget effectively to meet the costs of their chosen social, educational, or leisure activities, including all activities of daily living
• Teaching life skills such as shopping, using public transport, and paying bills
