Eastern Education Group is seeking a Lecturer to join our Business and Tourism department. This role involves delivering high-quality teaching across a range of Business and Tourism programmes, primarily at Level2, Level3and T Level Business & Administration.
Key responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons, assessing student work, and contributing to curriculum development and enrichment activities. The successful candidate will also play an active role in supporting student progression and achievement.
Applicants should hold a degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Tourism, or a closely related subject. Strong IT skills, effective time management, and good organisational abilities are essential. A recognised teaching qualification is desirable; however, we welcome applications from candidates who are willing to work towards one. Experience in academic planning or administration is advantageous.
