We’re looking for a proactive and engaging Product Trainer to join our team at Ashtons Legal.
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll design and deliver high‑quality blended learning solutions for all in‑house systems, ensuring our people feel confident and supported in their digital tools. You’ll maintain and develop our Business Solutions Training Hub, create helpful learning resources, and coordinate training sessions across the firm. You’ll also be a key point of support for users, offering guidance and resolving system queries as they arise.
This is a role for someone with energy, initiative and a passion for great user experience.
What you’ll be doing
Training & Development
• Designing, updating and maintaining training materials as business needs evolve
• Delivering engaging training sessions, including 1:1 sessions tailored to individual users
• Gathering and acting on Training Needs Analysis and attendee feedback
• Promoting and managing course bookings, including new starter inductions
User Support
• Working with our 3rd‑party IT Helpdesk to resolve second‑line business systems support queries
• Visiting our offices and providing at‑desk 1:1 support to users where needed
Collaboration & Projects
• Working closely with the Product Team and Business Solutions Team
• Supporting firmwide projects and contributing your training expertise
What we’re looking for
Essential
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car (travel across East Anglia required)
• Highly self‑motivated, proactive and confident working independently
• Professional, client‑focused approach with excellent relationship‑building skills
• Strong understanding of business processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to work with both technical and non‑technical users
• Strong IT skills and confidence learning new systems
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• High attention to detail
• Experience working collaboratively within a team-focused environment
Desirable
• Experience delivering systems training
• Experience working within the legal sector
