The Role

You will sit at the heart of the member experience, combining expertise, presence and commercial awareness.

You will:

Deliver exceptional one-to-one and small group personal training sessions
Design intelligent, personalised programmes aligned to each member's goals and lifestyle
Build meaningful relationships that drive long-term engagement and results
Grow your client base through proactive member interaction, experiences and referrals
Create standout fitness experiences that elevate the club environment
Collaborate with club teams to deliver a seamless, premium member journey
Track progress and continuously evolve your approach to maximise impact
Represent Virgin Active with energy, credibility and professionalism

Expert or Elite - Where Do You Fit?

We are hiring across both levels, with clear progression pathways.

Expert Personal Trainer

REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent
Building your PT career and ready to establish a strong client base

Elite Personal Trainer

CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Training qualification
Virgin Active Level 4 Nutrition qualification
Established, high-performing PT ready to operate at a premium level
