Job Description
1. Lead for AAP programming and contracting, liaising with Comrcl and Cap badges on all AAP contracting requirements.
2. Development of all contract documentation for AAP in conjunction with Cap Badges, AAP team and Army Commercial.
3. Apply Project Management to AAP contracting, contract placement plan, AAP programme risk register and lessons log.
4. Desk lead for allocated Cap Badge Apprenticeship programmes, currently AAC and RA.
5. Support and develop AAP financial deliverables not limited to: data tools and modelling of affordability.
7. Ensure AAP policies and procedures are maintained in line with JSPs, ACSO and DfE/Skills England regulations.
8. Represent the Army externally and at a Tri service level, deputise for SO1 Apprenticeships as required

1. Experience of government procurement process. APMP/other project management qualifications MCIPs
2. Knowledge of Army Trg BT, ITT and military delivery of apprenticeships desirable

Additional information
This post is an FTRS (HC) post. Most of the work will be conducted in Andover, post will support hybrid working, however, attendance at AHQ will be essential to support F2F boards and other F2F activity as required, on average twice per week.
