REED FE is excited to announce a temporary opportunity for an Electrical IQA assessing Level 3 apprentices. This role is perfect for someone with a commitment to education and student development.
Position Details:
• Hourly Rate: Up to £35ph
• Location: Kent
• Job Type: Temporary Position
• Hours: Full time/Part time options available
Key Responsibilities as an Electrical Assessor:
• Assess and evaluate apprentice progress, providing constructive feedback aligned with the 7345 EAL standard.
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to cater to the diverse needs and interests of students.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of apprentices' achievements and development.
• Prepare apprentices for assessments and qualifications according to EAL standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Electrical IQA Role:
• Recognized End Point Assessment qualification.
• Experience in supporting Level 3 apprenticeships.
• Familiarity with C&G 5357 is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate apprentices from a variety of backgrounds.
• DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for a new one.
