Manufacturing Technical Trainer (Blow Moulding)
Bellshill • Monday-Friday • 40 hours per week
Are you an experienced trainer or technician looking to take the next step in developing others? We're looking for a Manufacturing Technical Trainer to support the skills, safety and technical capability of our Blow Moulding team at Bellshill.
This role suits people who enjoy coaching, problem-solving and working in a fast-paced production environment and it's ideal for those with Blow Moulding, production, or technical training experience.
What You'll Do
• Deliver practical and classroom training to new and existing Blow Mould Technicians.
• Coach colleagues on safe machine operation, start-up/shut-down, and quality checks.
• Support onboarding and maintain up-to-date training and competency records.
• Work with Shift Managers to identify skill gaps and plan development.
• Help improve training processes and support continuous improvement activities.
What You'll Bring
• Experience training or coaching in a manufacturing/technical environment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working on the shop floor.
• Train-the-Trainer certification (essential).
• Blow Moulding or plastics manufacturing experience (advantageous).
• IOSH or L&D qualifications (nice to have).
