Staffordshire College are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic IQA (Internal Quality Assurer) to support the Engineering and Electrical team.
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and ensure the highest standards of quality assurance across our Engineering and Electrical apprenticeship programmes. This role will cover apprenticeships from Level 2 to Level 4, supporting learners and staff to maintain compliance and excellence in delivery.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct internal quality assurance for Engineering and Electrical apprenticeship programmes.
· Monitor and maintain assessment standards in line with awarding body requirements.
· Support assessors and trainers with guidance and feedback to ensure best practice.
· Contribute to continuous improvement within the curriculum areas.
· Previous experience in an IQA role within Engineering and/or Electrical disciplines.
· Hold a recognised Internal Verifier qualification (e.g., V1/D34 or equivalent).
· Relevant Engineering qualifications at Level 3 or above.
· Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards and assessment practices.

· Excellent communication and organisational skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with curriculum teams.
· Commitment to maintaining high standards and supporting learner success.
