You will plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that motivate learners and support their individual needs, creating a safe and positive environment where they can build confidence and independence. You will work closely with colleagues and partners to monitor progress, set clear targets and help learners develop skills for work and life, while continuing to develop your own practice and share good teaching across the team.
About You
CELTA or an equivalent ESOL teaching qualification.
Experience teaching ESOL across a range of levels.
A Level (or higher) in a relevant subject.
A degree or equivalent Level 6 qualification.
