A leading training provider is looking for an experienced Gas & Plumbing Assessor to support apprentices working towards their Level 3 Gas Engineering and Plumbing qualifications. This hybrid role combines home‑based delivery with onsite assessments across the region.
What you’ll do
• Deliver and assess Gas Engineering & Plumbing apprenticeships (Level 3).
• Carry out workplace observations, skills assessments, and progress reviews.
• Support learners remotely and manage progress using OneFile.
• Ensure compliance with 20% off‑the‑job requirements.
• Prepare apprentices for EPA with structured reviews and mock assessments.
• Work closely with employers and contribute to internal quality processes.
What you’ll need
• Assessor qualification (CAVA/A1) or willingness to work towards it.
• Strong occupational background in Gas Engineering and Plumbing.
• Experience delivering or assessing apprenticeships.
• Confident with digital learning tools and remote delivery.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
