A new opportunity has arisen within the South Staffordshire College for a Curriculum Manager to lead and inspire the Motor Vehicle team to build, grow and deliver a responsive curriculum for learners on Study Programmes and Apprenticeships as well as developing an adult skills offer for the sectors in your remit.
In addition to having day to day management of the area you will motivate your team to deliver an outstanding learning experience and drive quality improvements that will lead to high levels of learner retention, achievement, and success.
Management experience, at this level is essential as is being able to demonstrate current knowledge of the industry and outstanding delivery of teaching learning and assessment, with a proven ability to inspire and develop colleagues to achieve such standards.
