Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Trainer to join our team in the London Area, United Kingdom. This is an on-site role that involves delivering high-quality training sessions to National and Independent retailers. The Trainer will be responsible for demonstrating products, providing technical support, creating social media content. Collaboration with sales and marketing to help support the UK strategy. This role will include working weekends for consumer baby shows (7 per year) and Harrogate Trade Fair. Tuesday to Saturday contract with Mondays off.
Qualifications
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively train all audiences. Strong organizational and planning capabilities, with attention to detail Experience in customer training, relationship-building, and knowledge-sharing with partners and team members. Familiarity with safety regulations and standards related to child safety products is a plus. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other tools for creating training materials. Flexibility to adapt to different learning styles and environments. Must possess a valid driver’s license as travel within the South of the UK and occasionally beyond may be required.
