The Opportunity:
As a Talent Development Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the development of Escode managers and our colleagues.
You will be on delivering and implementing development initiatives to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce with a focus on people management and general soft skills, that aligns with our business and People strategy alongside executing an excellent induction experience.
Key Accountabilities:
Design, implement and facilitate training programmes and workshops aimed at enhancing manager and colleague skills knowledge and performance, including onboarding and interpersonal skills
Utilise a variety of delivery methods including digital learning, workshops, coaching and apprenticeships etc.
Work closely with Talent Development colleagues to ensure that learning content is approached in a holistic and aligned way.
Design and deliver engaging interactive talent development initiatives to support the performance management process
Work collaboratively with the business areas to create/refresh career paths.
Provide learning resources and support to enable colleagues to self-serve and facilitate their own career via e-learning and referrals.
Work closely with relevant stakeholders to create a connected and rounded approach to colleague experience
Requirements
Experience of implementing and facilitating workshops
Proven experience of designing delivery and e-learning content to drive the development and learner journey of employees
Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
Strong understanding of the talent development cycle and trends
Proficiency in MS Office
Highly collaborative with excellent judgment and ethical standards.
Experience of apprenticeships is desirable
Previous experience of sales training is a plus
