About The Role
A Regional Trainer is required for our Norwich / Great Yarmouth office, supporting multiple sites across East Anglia with frequent travel across the UK. This permanent, full‑time role is central to developing workforce competence, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and promoting safe working practices. It offers an excellent opportunity to build professional capability within a key office of a global organisation undergoing significant growth.
Main Activities
Inducting new employees to the businessDelivering mandatory internal training coursesDelivery of minimum industry training specific to contract requirementsPerforming needs assessment to identify training required to ensure complianceCoordinating training coursesDesign and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individualProvide training solutions to operational managementPromote health, safety, and best practice at all times.Undertake occasional travel as required, including offshore locations
