Job Title: Careers Advisor / Coach
Location: Merseyside - Must be flexible with travel
Salary: £26,500 - £29,500 (Salary depending on skills and experience)
Type: Full Time, Permanent

Please note:
- Work with your caseload to develop a career skills action plan and support them with their learning and development.
- Provide suitable IAG relating to local job sectors and opportunities.
- Gain an understanding of specialist signposting services within the local area/region, to include: specific disabilities, housing etc.
- Work towards and achieve targets and KPI's for customers seen and supported in to employment / learning or career progression.
- Completing all necessary paperwork in line with compliance and quality standards.
Criteria:
- Ideally hold own IAG Level 4.
- Must possess a good understanding of the local labour market.
- Must have experience of working within a target driven environment.
- Hold own GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above.
- IT literate.
- Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
Salary: £26,500.00-£29,500.00 per year
