We are seeking to recruit a resilient and committed IQA in Apprenticeships to support to maintain the high standards and integrity of the apprenticeships assessment process. The post holder will play a pivotal role in ensuring that delivery of apprenticeship training, assessments, and end-point evaluations align with the established standards and regulations.
The role supports assessors to maintain high standards, provides developmental feedback and drives continuous improvement to ensure compliance, consistency and learner success.
Applicants should hold a Recognised IQA qualification (e.g., Level 4 Award/Certificate in Internal Quality Assurance, V1, D34) and should have experience in quality assuring apprenticeships across a range of programmes. Applicants should also have a solid understanding of apprenticeship standards, DfE funding rules, and awarding body regulations.
