About Nine Dots Digital
Nine Dots Digital is building the next generation of digital and AI skills programmes for UK SMEs. We help organisations adopt digital tools confidently, automate workflows, improve productivity and future-proof their teams.
We’re part of Nine Dots Development - a respected leadership, management and HR training provider - now expanding into digital and AI apprenticeships at a pivotal stage of growth.
We’re not maintaining old content, we’re creating something new!
We’re looking for a Digital Skills Apprenticeship Coach/Trainer & Curriculum Designer who wants to shape, build and deliver programmes that genuinely change how small businesses operate.
Why This Role Is Different......
Most trainer roles ask you to deliver someone else’s content.
This role gives you the creative freedom to build and influence entire programmes from the ground up - including workshops, assignments, materials and digital adoption models.
You will help design and deliver:
- The Digital Support Technician apprenticeship
- Digital skills workshops (AI, automation, troubleshooting, secure working, productivity)
- AI Change Leader and AI Champion pathways
- The Nine Dots AI Operating System (AI-OS) for SMEs
This is just the start…
We’re building full digital pathways across Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5. As we expand, you’ll shape these new programmes from scratch and become the subject matter expert across our digital curriculum. If you enjoy exploring new technologies, creating modern content and influencing the future of workplace skills, this role offers significant room to grow.
This Role Is For You If…
You’re someone who:
- Enjoys both designing and delivering digital learning
- Wants to build new, modern programmes rather than inherit old ones
- Likes autonomy and working in a trusted, proactive way
- Cares about learners, clients and meaningful outcomes
- Gets excited about AI, digital adoption and workplace technology
