Contract Type: 37 hours per week, full time, permanent.
Location: Paignton, Devon
Join South Devon College’s Student Data team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of highquality education across the College. This is a fastpaced, customerfocused role at the heart of curriculum planning and student data management, where accuracy, insight and collaboration are essential. You will proactively advise and support College staff on curriculum setup and funding, providing clear and accessible specialist guidance, while ensuring learner and curriculum records are maintained to the highest standard. Working with minimal supervision, you will manage the full lifecycle of learner records, contributing to accurate reporting, informed decisionmaking and compliance with internal and external requirements.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy administrative role, with proven data entry skills and a high level of accuracy. They will be confident in interpreting information and able to make routine decisions independently, without the need for referral. The role also requires the ability to undertake involved and detailed tasks effectively and efficiently, managing workloads and priorities to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
