Key responsibilities include the development and delivery of engaging lessons, seminars, and clinical skills teaching, aligned with NMC standards. You will also supervise student placements, provide academic and pastoral support, and contribute to curriculum innovation that reflects current best practice. With strong communication skills, you will collaborate with colleagues, NHS partners, and local organisations to enhance the student experience and support professional development.
Applicants must be a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), have substantial clinical experience, and ideally experience in teaching or supporting learners in a higher education or healthcare setting. A postgraduate qualification or willingness to pursue one is desirable.
