About the role
The vibrant Journalism and communications team sits within the Faculty of Education, Society and Creative Industries with undergraduate courses in journalism, sports journalism, fashion journalism, social media management, and English: creative and professional writing.
Our academics are all experts in their fields, having worked as journalists, authors, and media practitioners.
The successful candidate will lead BA (Hons) Social Media Management, and this role is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave four days per week.
What you can bring
The successful candidate will have experience of leading an undergraduate programme and the ability to teach on modules in that degree. You will also need to be able to speak knowledgeably to applicants about the course and deliver open day talks and activities for those interested in studying social media management.
