We are looking for an enthusiastic and supportive hourly paid General Construction Employability Lecturer to deliver engaging lessons to adult learners across our Woodlands and Blossomfield campuses.
You will need to be confident in delivering interactive and motivating employability and construction-related sessions, helping learners to build essential workplace skills and knowledge. This includes supporting learners with areas such as communication, teamwork, health & safety awareness, basic construction understanding, CV building, interview preparation, and professional behaviours.
You should be able to adapt lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners, offering practical guidance and encouragement to help them progress into employment or further training. Assessing learner development and providing clear, constructive feedback will be a key part of the role, along with promoting positive attitudes toward work and personal development.
