Position: Future Careers Manager
At Bromford Flagship, our purpose is clear: to enable everyone to thrive. Our vision is that everyone has a safe, affordable home, and with over 80,000 homes across east, central and southwest England, we have the scale, expertise and commitment to keep building for the future.
We’re looking for a future careers manager to lead and grow our early careers programmes, shaping how we attract, develop and retain the next generation of talent. You’ll have the opportunity to build on strong foundations and take our approach to the next level, creating something truly impactful and making this new role your own.
You'll design and deliver programmes that include apprenticeships, graduate schemes and work experience across our geography. Your work will directly align with our workforce plan, ensuring we attract, grow and retain the next generation of talent while positioning us as an employer of choice.
You'll lead a dedicated team to deliver a high-quality future careers provision, supporting line managers, mentors and apprentices throughout their journey. By building strong relationships with external partners, training providers and regional networks, you’ll enhance our capacity, quality and reputation as a learning organisation. Collaboration and innovation will be key, as you champion new ways to bridge skills gaps and ensure our workforce is ready for the challenges and opportunities ahead.
This role is permanent and full time. You can be based from any of the main offices in Chipping Sodbury, Tewkesbury, Wolverhampton or Norfolk with some travel across our geography required.
As an ambassador for learning, you’ll represent Bromford Flagship in the regional skills landscape, engaging with schools, colleges, careers hubs and social enterprises to promote housing as a career of choice.
