Responsibilities
- Strategically lead on school attendance
- Champion pastoral care and safeguarding across the school
- Lead strategies that promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Work closely with staff, parents, and external partners to support every learner
- Shape whole-school improvement and contribute to our vision for excellence
Qualifications
- Proven leader in pastoral care
- A deep understanding of safeguarding and pastoral frameworks
- A deep understanding of attendance legislation
- A motivator who can inspire staff and students alike
- A communicator who builds trust and strong relationships
- Right to work in the UK, evidence required before commencement
- Ready to provide Home Office stipulated documentation prior to interview
