Role Summary
Apprenticeship Skills Tutor – Plastering.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess apprenticeships in Plastering.
- Co‑operate with curriculum team leaders, manager and lecturers to develop curriculum.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress via tracking systems and e‑portfolios.
- Build and manage a caseload of apprentices; conduct on‑site performance reviews.
- Engage learners and deliver subject matter in a creative and engaging way.
Qualifications & Skills
Relevant NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Plastering.A1 / V1 / CAVA Assessors Award (or equivalent).Excellent IT skills; willingness to obtain teaching qualification.IQA or Level 2 qualification in English and Maths (or willingness to undertake).
