We specialise in bulk earthworks, quarrying, crushing, and screening operations across the South and Southwest. With over 200 employees and more than 200 items of large plant , we take pride in our strong reputation for quality, safety, and reliability.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Plant Operator to join our Training School as part of our professional team of trainers and testers.
You will deliver CPCS and NPORS plant training and testing , as well as Level 2 NVQs in Plant Operations .
While experience as a trainer or assessor is desirable, we will provide full training and ongoing support for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and practical experience.
This is a varied and rewarding role , ideal for someone looking to transition from site-based work into training and assessment.
Hands-on practical training
The option for some home working once fully established
Deliver and assess CPCS and NPORS practical and theory training across a range of plant categories, including:
Excavator 360°, Forward Tipping Dumper, Ride-on Roller, Articulated Dump Truck, and more.
Knowledge of CPCS or NPORS schemes is an advantage, but not essential.
