The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Progression Coach to join our client’s well-established Hastings and Bexhill hub. This rewarding role focuses on supporting young people aged 12 - 19 through structured coaching sessions, workshops and in-school projects as part of a flagship future-focused programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-to-one and group coaching sessions for young people aged 12–19
- Support students to develop realistic goals and clear progression plans
- Design and deliver engaging workshops and in-school activities
- Support social action and leadership-focused projects
- Attend programme events, including university visits and employer insight days
- Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns, working closely with schools and colleges
- Contribute to curriculum development and online learning resources
- Support residential trips and activities
