Agriculture Lecturer – Northamptonshire
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Location: Northamptonshire
We’re working with a respected further education college in Northamptonshire to recruit Agriculture Lecturers to teach students up to Level 3 and 4. You’ll cover arable, livestock, and farm machinery – with the flexibility to bring your industry knowledge into the classroom. This is a great fit for experienced lecturers or those looking to move from the farming industry into education.
What You’ll Need:
- Level 4 qualification in Agriculture (HNC or equivalent experience)
- Practical experience across arable, livestock, and farm machinery
- GCSEs in English & Maths (grade C or above)
- Willingness to work towards a teaching qualification (if not already held)
- Evidence of recent CPD
- Extra qualifications like NPTC Tractor Proficiency, PA certificates, or Telehandler tickets are a bonus
