Your role
In this role you will be responsible for delivering, co-ordinating and tracking all training on site in Dungannon. This includes leading the onboarding (induction) process, the completion of our mandatory Training programmes and any additional ad hoc site based training, including refresher and update training.
What you’ll need
- Two years experience in a food factory/production environment
- Confident in using Microsoft Office
- Excellent people skills
- Organisation skills
- Ability to develop and design creative solutions
- Good communication skills
- A full driving license
- Previous experience of delivering training would be an advantage
