Global Solution Services (GSS UK Ltd) have a requirement for a Trainer/Workshop Facilitator to join our successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team of Trainers and consultants who deliver accredited and non-accredited training alongside Careers advice and guidance within organisations, community groups and localised premises.
As a Project Based consultancy GSS work within many different areas therefore ensuring our consultants have a variety of niche clients to work with in a multitude of areas which ensures great success.
As a Trainer/Facilitator within our organisation you will be responsible for developing and delivering classroom training and assessing Learners needs through course planning, and assessment on accredited and non-accredited courses and qualifications.
You should be able to adapt yourself and your communications to suit our Learners needs and be versatile enough to deal with different market sectors whilst also having great subject knowledge potentially in your own field of specialism.
The ideal candidate should be versatile, adaptable, and have a passion for teaching, training and assessing, empowering and growing learners to reach their potential.
We envisage this position to be full time but would consider part time also.
You will need to be:
- An experienced Trainer/Facilitator with at least 2 years’ experience with a recognised teaching / training qualification ie AET / PGCE or other
- Proven experience of working in a fast paced environment
- A demonstrable track record of learner success
- Tenacious, driven, success orientated and ambitious to progress
- Strong communicator, imaginative, professional and able to build strong relationships with your learners, team and clients
- Experience of delivery Employability skills, Customer Service, H&SC and orFunctional skills training.
- Be creative, inspirational, motivated and possess strong classroom skills to create personal impact and control diverse situations.
- A willingness to learn, commitment to equality of opportunity and interest in people and their development.
