- Deliver upbeat, engaging and interactive training workshops (guest service, brand culture, systems, skills training and more!).
- Bring creativity to the design of training materials, presentations and e-learning content.
- Maintain accurate training records and support managers with compliance and development tracking.
- Be a visible, approachable support for new starters and existing team members across all hotels.
- Assist with career development programmes, apprenticeships and leadership pathways.
- Promote a fun, inclusive and positive learning culture that reflects the warmth of our hospitality brand.
About You

- Naturally bubbly, warm and engaging, with confidence in presenting and building relationships.
- Passionate about developing others, with a genuine enthusiasm for helping teams grow and thrive.
- Highly organised and detail-focused, able to manage multiple priorities across different sites.
- A strong communicator, able to deliver information clearly, confidently and in an inspiring way.
- Creative and proactive, with fresh ideas for training content and team engagement.
- Comfortable delivering workshops, even if you’re developing your L&D experience – energy and positivity matter most!
- Tech-savvy, confident with Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems (LMS experience is a bonus).
- A supportive team player, approachable, adaptable and always ready with a can-do attitude.
