As part of our lively multi-disciplinary team, you'll collaborate with a wide range of professionals, both internal and external to our organisation. Together, we provide not just therapeutic support but a personalised experience in the comfort of individuals' homes, enhancing their quality of life and fostering long-term independence.
As a pivotal position in our service, the role of a Coordinator is to ensure the day-to-day oversight of all allocation within the Reablement service; utilising our staff planning system to organise daily rosters.

All about You
Essential skills this role encompasses include;
- Championing excellent customer care
- Proficient in utilising relevant software and tools for administrative tasks, including a rota-scheduling system, document management systems and office productivity systems.
- Ability to efficiently organise and manage tasks and prioritise responsibilities, and maintain systematic workflows to meet tight deadlines whilst working under pressure
- Maintaining accurate and timely records on our IT system to ensure the seamless flow of our service
- Adept at handling administrative responsibilities, demonstrating superb organisational finesse in filing and structuring paperwork for optimal efficiency.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all administrative matters.
- Utilising knowledge of the local Peterborough area to allocate staff to clients in the most cost-effective and efficient manner
- Monitoring support staff availability, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and articulate interaction
- Problem solving skills, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions with a calm and resourceful approach. contributing to the overall success of our team.
