About The Role Cornerstone Healthcare are looking for an experienced administrator to co-ordinate the provision of the Learning & Development (L&D) service across Cornerstone Healthcare group. The successful candidate will ensure the L&D service provided to stakeholders and learners is of the highest quality, cost effective and adheres to legal and regulatory compliance.
What hours will you work? 09:00am until 17:00 Monday to Friday 40 hours per week Hybrid considered
What will you be doing?- Plan and maintain the annual L&D plan in accordance with protocol, ensuring the annual year is planned, booked and communicated for the year
- Co-ordinate the booking of venues, external providers and in-house facilitators to align with the plan and ensure refreshments and lunches are organised.
- Provide L&D facilitators with the documents and tools to enable effective and quality delivery of learning programmes and events..
- Co-ordinate the management of the L&D platforms and assign E-learning.
- Provide weekly compliance and month end reports, using the data and information to inform on decision making
- Co-ordinate the apprenticeship programme by tracking levy funding, learners progress and sourcing evaluation information to enable a supportive and responsive approach to learners.
- Responding to emails and managing the L&D inbox
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with 3rd parties using face to face, telephone and written interactions that are professional at all times.
- Research providers, venue and other external resources
- Co-ordinate the administration of purchase orders and invoices, ensuring they are processed accurately and within a timely manner.
What do you need?Essential- A good standard of general education
- Minimum 2 years administrative experiences including the using management systems and data bases.
- Experience of planning and co-ordination of events and resources.
- Ability to organise, prioritise a busy workload and work to deadlines.
- Proficient administrator with excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Strong in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Professional with excellent communication (written and verbal) skills when liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to encourage, establish and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently as necessary.

- A curious, and innovative approach to researching learning interventions.
- Ability to provide and present data and information to inform decision making and for sharing in monthly reports.
- Confident to trouble shoot low level IT hard and software issues
- Calm and able to deal with issues in order to enable L&D delivery and support the learning facilitator.
- Personal integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
- Takes responsibility for own continuous professional development (CPD) ensuring up to date knowledge of legal / regulatory compliance requirements.
- Able to attend various locations within the company as required and flexibility to change location at short notice.
- Full driving licence and insurance cover for business use

About UsCornerstone Healthcare provide specialist care for vulnerable people who present with challenging behaviours associated with complex neurodegenerative and mental health needs.
Residents who live in our homes primarily have a neurological degenerative condition such as Dementia with an underlying mental health condition which makes them inappropriate candidates for dementia care homes or residential care homes for the elderly.
We currently have 4 services based in Waterlooville, Curdridge, Bristol & Mytchett.
