NOCN Group is looking for a skilled freelance End Point Assessor with extensive experience in the Digital Engineering field. You will play a key role in conducting End Point Assessments for the Digital Engineering Technician apprenticeship Standard. This freelance position offers flexibility, but attendance on-site is required.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent End Point Assessments that adhere to NOCN's quality assurance standards.
- Evaluate apprentices based on the established Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs) as outlined in the End Point Assessment plan, including Work Based Projects and Portfolio of Evidence.
- Timely upload of assessment reports, ensuring compliance with NOCN's service level agreements.
- Prepare adequately for assessments and identify any gaps in apprentices' KSBs.
- Build rapport with apprentices to facilitate optimal performance during assessments.
- Stay informed through continuous professional development (CPD) in your subject area to maintain current knowledge.
- Represent NOCN professionally when conducting assessments.
- Adhere to GDPR practices, ensuring the security of all data.
- Moderate fellow assessors' work following internal quality assurance protocols.
Essential Qualifications:
Applicants must meet at least two of the following criteria:
- Possess or be working towards a Level 3 Assessor Qualification.
- Have at least three years of current industry experience in the relevant profession.
- Hold a professional qualification at or above the Technician level from an accredited institution related to the Digital Engineering Technician Apprenticeship Standard.
- Demonstrate at least three years of effective experience utilizing CAD/BIM tools and standards.
- Hold a minimum HNC qualification in a Construction and Built Environment-related discipline or equivalent.
