Our client, a forward-thinking educational institution, is seeking an organised and enthusiastic Apprenticeship Program Coordinator to manage and develop its apprenticeship offerings in **Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, UK**. This is a fully remote role, enabling you to contribute to shaping future talent from anywhere. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and coordination of various apprenticeship programs, ensuring a high-quality experience for apprentices, employers, and training providers. Key duties include managing recruitment processes, liaising with employers to understand their training needs, and matching apprentices to suitable opportunities. You will also track apprentice progress, provide support and guidance, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and funding rules. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, with a strong understanding of apprenticeship frameworks and standards. Experience in program coordination, recruitment, or a related administrative role within the education or training sector is highly desirable. You should be proficient in using IT systems for record-keeping and communication, and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including apprentices, employers, and internal staff, is crucial. This role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote working environment. You will play a vital role in supporting individuals embarking on new career paths and ensuring the success of our client's apprenticeship initiatives.

Responsibilities: Coordinate the recruitment and selection of apprentices. Liaise with employers to identify apprenticeship needs and opportunities. Match apprentices to suitable roles and training programs. Track apprentice progress and provide pastoral support. Ensure compliance with apprenticeship funding rules and quality standards. Manage program administration, including record-keeping and reporting. Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and training providers. Organise and facilitate program-related events and information sessions. Support the development and evaluation of apprenticeship programs. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise within the program. Qualifications: Experience in program coordination, administration, or recruitment. Understanding of apprenticeship frameworks and standards is advantageous. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office and databases. Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting. Customer service orientation and a passion for supporting learners.
