About the Job: HR Trainer
We are looking for a passionate and engaging HR Trainer to support the development of our people through targeted, high-impact training programs. This role is key to helping us upskill our growing workforce, align teams to our values and performance goals, and maintain a culture of excellence as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions (in person and virtual) across topics like onboarding, leadership, and performance.
- Develop training materials and resources tailored to team needs.
- Measure training effectiveness and gather feedback to improve content.
- Support onboarding and development programs for new joiners.
- Collaborate with managers and the People team to align learning with business goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a training, L&D, or HR facilitation role.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience designing and delivering both in-person and remote training.
- Confident using digital tools (Google Slides, Zoom, Notion, LMS, etc.).
