About the role
Working for our subsidiary company Sparks Teaching Services, you will provide support on a specified module or modules, including the preparation and delivery of Lectures, Workshops and Practical Sessions for ESOL students.
There are two positions available for this post,
Main duties may include but not limited to:
- Formal scheduled delivery of learning and teaching
- Preparation of teaching materials
- Assessment and moderation
- Curriculum and assessment design as appropriate
- Responsibilityfor administration relevant to the post.
- Student Support
- Independent Studies supervision
- Attendance at Meetings e.g. Programme Committees and Subject/Team Meetings
- Participation in Continuous Professional Development
- Participation in student monitoring and reporting, course review and evaluation process.
- Participation in quality assurance and controls procedure.
- College Commitment to Safeguarding and Equality and Diversity

As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary of between £13.92 - £21.65 per hour, depending on duties performed.
