Management Information Systems Assistant —
Hours:
Full time (37 hours per week, all year round). Duration:
Permanent. Salary: £23,971 a year + benefits.

The Management Information Systems (MIS) Assistant is a key part of the MIS team, processing learner information and data for a particular campus within the RNN Group. You will be part of a team assisting learners to achieve their potential by providing academic departments and learners with key administrative services and advice, contributing to a high-quality Management Information Service.
The role involves processing learner information including enrolment documentation, exam entries, transfers, withdrawals and achievements, and assisting in the curriculum planning process. You will work closely with the MIS Officer and Exams Officer and other MIS team members to ensure an accurate and responsive service is provided on each campus. Through a proactive, enthusiastic and customer-focused approach you will help the College achieve its mission to lead skills and innovation within our communities, through outstanding teaching and learning.
Your work will support a robust service throughout the learners’ journey from enrolment to completion of their course.
You will…
You will have experience of working in an administration environment, preferably within an educational sector. You will ideally have knowledge of using computer packages, be able to work accurately to meet deadlines, and provide excellent customer service. You will have qualifications in English and Maths at Level 2 (GCSE), good IT skills and a high level of attention to detail, a strong customer service approach and the ability to work efficiently and proactively.

You will report to the MIS Officer, working within the MIS team based at North Notts College, which forms part of the Group’s Management Information Systems Department.
