Red Sky Personnel is recruiting an experienced and dedicated Ground Trainer to join a respected client operating within the aviation sector. Based at Gatwick Airport, this role is critical in designing, delivering, and maintaining comprehensive training programmes for ground operations and security staff.
Role Overview:
Reporting into both the Ground Training Manager and the Station Manager, the Ground Trainer will be responsible for delivering compliant and engaging training content in line with company procedures and external regulatory requirements. Occasional travel to other UK locations may be required, sometimes at short notice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver ground operations and security training in alignment with internal standards and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with security and quality teams to ensure full compliance and audit readiness.
- Maintain and regularly review training materials and records.
- Deliver training at multiple UK locations as required, including overnight stays.
- Monitor industry and regulatory changes to ensure training content remains current.
