Calex is a specialist training and consultancy organisation contracted to several market-leading automotive manufacturers. We are currently seeking to recruit a Commercial Trainer to join the team at Bentley in Crewe.
The successful candidate should ideally have a learning and development background and possess significant demonstrable training delivery experience of automotive Aftersales/Sales Customer Experience training. Consideration will be taken into account if extensive Automotive Aftersales experience is held.
Experience of delivering and developing digital and attended learning programmes is highly advantageous. The role provides a great opportunity to broaden your skills to enable you to deliver a range of engaging and informative training programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Delivery of core Aftersales process and behavioural training, along with Personal development training courses
· To deliver engaging, learner-focused training solutions
· Align all deliveries to individual brand cultures and requirements
· Utilise appropriate technology in the delivery of blended learning interventions, such as e-learning, and Virtual classrooms
· Attend brand-led events as a representative of the brand
· Assessment of core roles within the Bentley Network

Contract: Permanent / Full Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week
Place of Work: Hybrid role, working from home and at the state-of-the-art facilities at Bentley in Crewe. The requirement to go into the office will be based on business needs, with an expectation of a minimum of 1 day per week (possibly more frequently in the first few weeks). There will also be times when there may be the opportunity to work from alternative locations, such as retailers and other sites, as necessary to perform the role.

This includes contacting all nominated references, as well as checking candidate ID, driving licence (if appropriate) and right to work in the UK. Some roles may also be subject to further pre-employment checks (confirmation will be provided through the recruitment process). The nature of this role may necessitate that we undertake a DBS check.
