* Job Summary
* Blackwell Earthmoving are looking for an experienced Plant Trainer/Assessor to join the UKs longest established Earthworks Specialist, based primarily on a project in Leiston, to oversee and deliver training and assessment on multiple plant categories to trainee and experienced operators
* The right candidate will possess:
* * A1 assessor qualification or equivalent (D32/33, Cava L3 Etc)
* Multiple plant categories held. (with CSCS logo cards)
* Hold tester/trainer plant cards with affiliation to an awarding body
* Full UK driving License
* Able to give instructions in a clear manner and with authority
* Have a positive attitude towards safety.
* Able to communicate well at all levels.
* Have a flexible approach to work.
* Be a strong team player.
* Have excellent timekeeping and a willingness to work overtime as necessary
* Desirable.
* * CSCS gold card, SSSTS, First Aid at Work
* Salary and package
* * Salary based on experience, £50 - £55k
* Site vehicle is provided for daily use on site.
