Position: Quality Assurer (Apprenticeships IQA)

We work closely with employers and awarding organisations to develop curriculum that is engaging and current so that we provide the best quality education and industry knowledge and skills to our learners and employers. Through this, Swift have developed a fantastic reputation in the sector, which has enabled us to expand and support more learners and employers in new areas of the country.
Role DescriptionAs Quality Assurer your role will be integral within the Quality team to ensuring continuous monitoring, reporting and facilitating high quality in all areas throughout the learning journey and ensure evidence is in place to support this.
In recent years the role of Quality within FE has developed so it is now a requirement to ensure the quality of IAG, Off-The-Job evidence, classroom/remote delivery, 1-2-1 session and qualifications that form part of the apprenticeship.
A Quality Assurer at Swift will be expected to work effectively as part of team, ensuring a standardised approach across the business whilst enabling each apprentice to achieve their best. This Quality Assurer will be focussed on Quality across our Early Years provision, although may be required to support in other areas too.
Qualifications
- Recognised IQA qualification (e.g. Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice).
- Assessor qualification (CAVA/TAQA/D32/33 or equivalent).
- Occupational competence and recent experience in childcare/early years.
- Strong knowledge of apprenticeship standards in childcare.
- Experience of working with awarding organisations and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and organisational skills.
